Athletic Performance Center of Exeter Hospital

The APC provides a wide variety of training services for athletes of every sport as well as anyone interested in fitness training. Our highly educated staff includes strength and conditioning specialists, athletic trainers physical therapists and corrective exercise specialists. State of the art facilities and equipment allow our performance specialists to develop and implement one of a kind strength, conditioning and injury prevention programs that help every individual reach their goals. 

There are two locations: Epping and Hampton. Both located inside Seacoast Untied Sports Complexes.
