Portsmouth Youth Cheerleading (PYF)

Portsmouth Youth Cheerleading (PYC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing cheerleading programs for ages 5-14. Our program is open to the following towns: Portsmouth, Greenland, Newington, Newcastle, Rye, Durham, Lee, and Madbury, or any town that doesn’t offer a similar cheer program. Our program is governed by AYC.

We provide all participants with proper training and equipment to ensure conformance with national standards for safety. Our volunteer coaches and directors are committed to instructing each participant within a supportive and positive environment.

We are dedicated to raising the awareness of the sport of cheerleading in our communities and teaching our youth participants and their families the value of sportsmanship and teamwork. There are no tryouts or experience requirements - every athlete makes a team.

Our mission is to help the girls and boys of our program become responsible teammates, achieve personal goals, develop individual confidence and most of all, have a love of the sport and the community that they are a part of.

Portsmouth Youth Cheerleading is pleased to offer #areuin? card members full scholarships to offset registration fees. Registration is open from March-early September.
