Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Impact
As we look back on 2024, we are filled with gratitude and pride for all we accomplished together. Last year was one of significant milestones for our organization— each step bringing us closer to our mission of providing NH Seacoast’s at-risk youth easy access to quality out-of-school programs and activities with no red tape and no social stigma attached. With the support of our dedicated staff, volunteers, donors, and partners, we made measurable progress, expanded our reach, and deepened our impact.
Some key highlights from 2024 include:
Youth Served & Program Participation: During the 2023-2024 school year, we successfully reached a record-breaking 395 youth and created a lasting impact through quality extracurricular activities. Our partner’s programs were accessed 441 times with the #areuin? card, and 25% of the times accessed were first-time participants.
Program Partners: We forged meaningful partnerships with 33 Seacoast-based organizations, allowing us to collectively amplify our efforts and extend our resources where they are needed most.
Fundraising Milestone: Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we exceeded our fundraising goal by 20% at the end of our June 30, 2024 fiscal year, helping ensure the sustainability of our programs for years to come.
These accomplishments reflect the dedication of every person involved in our mission. But as we know, the work is never done.
Looking Ahead: Building a Brighter Future in 2025
As we step into 2025, we remain inspired and driven by the belief that we can achieve even more. Our goals for the upcoming year are ambitious, but we are confident that, with your continued support, we will reach new heights. Here’s a glimpse of what’s to come:
Continued Program Expansion: We are excited to maximize all of our resources to significantly increase the number of youth served, programs being offered through existing & new program partnerships, and youth participation rates.
Community Engagement Focus: We will deepen our engagement within the community by connecting with other NH Seacoast like-minded community organizations, ensuring that every voice is heard and every need is addressed.
Sustainability and Growth: We will continue to focus on sustainable practices, ensuring that our operations grow in a way that supports our long-term mission. As a fully donor-funded organization this includes increasing the dollars raised through fundraising, grants and sponsorships.
The challenges of 2025 will be great, but so too are the opportunities. Together, we will continue to push boundaries, transform lives, and create lasting change. We are deeply grateful for your partnership on this journey.
